| Gretchen Kainz | I’m passionate about helping people grow, heal, and thrive. I do that as a licensed and certified Shadow Work® Coach, Facilitator, and Trainer supporting individuals and groups in exploring the parts of themselves that are often hidden or underused. That’s what we call “the shadow.†I have a Master’s degree in Human Relations and am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Over the years, I’ve led retreats and workshops for government teams, communitygroups, and individuals on topics like communication, emotional intelligence, and personal empowerment.I’m also a certified Firewalk Facilitator, and I love helping people reconnect with their courage and vitality.When I’m not facilitating transformational experiences, you can find me eating delicious food and exploring the landscapes of both nature and human nature.
