Course Description
Whether you have lots of space or only a patio, you can have a productive vegetable garden. There are a variety of ways to grow produce from containers and raised beds to traditional in ground rows and French intensive planting. During class we will discuss the pros and cons of these methods and other various gardening techniques such as vertical gardening, block planting, companion planting, successive planting, square foot gardening and more.
