PLEASE NOTE: Students will be joining an ongoing YMCA class; no refunds if student chooses not to attend after the first class. Course will be held at DOWNTOWN BOISE YMCA; 1050 W State St, Boise, ID 83702; 208-344-5501 Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description
Forever Well Dance is a fun and energizing low-impact dance fitness class designed specifically for active older adults and beginners. Set to a mix of upbeat music from various decades and styles, this class focuses on simple, easy-to-follow movements that get your body moving, your heart pumping, and your spirit lifted. No dance experience necessary-just come as you are and move at your own pace!
