If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. TIMBERLINE HIGH SCHOOL: 701 E Boise Ave, Boise, ID 83706 Enter through the Clocktower entrance, located near the parking lot at Linden and Boise Ave. If you park in the lot near tennis courts, you will not find Community Ed!

Course Description
Circadian rhythms are the timed processes that control our health and longevity. Learn how they work, how people destroy them, and what we can do to reset these rhythms to optimize or fix our health.
