Course Description
SHiNE Dance Fitness mixes current hit music with original choreography for the ultimate confidence boosting, full body workout experience you didn't know you needed! This fun class is a great workout for all ages and dance abilities. Modifications and options are encouraged as we dance and tone. Students will be joining an ongoing class, but beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend! New routines taught each week, so all students will learn together.
