This traditional Okinawan/Japanese karate class will emphasize basic technique, balance, and respect. Course will include self defense training, as well as traditional kicks, blocks and strikes.

Wear comfortable clothing. Uniforms are not required; training is barefoot.  Please remove any jewelry or watches before class begins.
