Course Description

In this carving project, you will carve a simple cowboy boot. This boot can be used as a
toothpick holder or for a variety of uses. We will cover project layout, safety,
tools and techniques, sharpening/honing, and other resources. When finished, we will
paint the cowboy boot in your chosen style. The class is designed for carvers from 14
years old and up. Students under 18 years old need an adult chaperone in attendance for safety purposes.
