Course Description
In this class of our Wellness Education Series, learn how to make simple adjustments to create the best you. Learn your Mood Matrix and essential oils that support you for stress, anxiety and much MORE. We will be making Rollerball blend for relaxation and teaching an AromaTouch Hand Massage.
