Included in this class are vanilla bean sugar cookies, icing, and tools. Participants will get an overview of essential cookie baking and royal icing techniques. You will leave with five cookies (decorated by you!) in a bakery box. All you need to bring is an apron and your imagination! Community Education classes MIGHT be cancelled due to inclement weather. Decisions will be made by Boise School District leadership regarding evening activities, including Community Ed classes. Listen to local radio or television stations for information on weather cancellations or call the Community Education office at 208-854-4047.

Course Description
Get ready to bring the fun of summer to your cookie creations! In this hands-on decorating class, you’ll learn step-by-step techniques to decorate cookies inspired by sunny days, beach vibes, and tropical treats. Each participant will receive five summer-themed cookies to decorate, individual icing bags in bright, summery colors, a bakery box to take home your sweet creations, recipes & decorating tips to use at home.
No experience? No problem! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned decorator, this class is a fun and relaxed way to learn new skills and enjoy delicious treats.
