Youth 10-14 years, accompanied by a parent can participate in most group fitness classes however they are not permitted to utilize weights or any version of weights. All persons inside a group exercise class or studio must be able to participate and use equipment properly. For safety, no person shall be allowed to sit inside the studio to observe. An exception is made only for the aides that attend for our special needs population.
