Course Description

A vegetarian lifestyle has moral, social, health, and economic implications. If you're interested in learning about the vegetarian lifestyle through Eastern philosophy and cooking, then join us for this class in which we talk about the science of vegetarianism and learn how to cook an authentic Indian dish. A cookbook is included so you can attempt more vegetarian dishes at home.
