Course Description
This topic introduces the start-up entrepreneur to project management as the practice of planning, executing and controlling a large-scale project.
In the hands-on portion of the class, students will be introduced to an open source project management tool that allows them to manage a project while implementing multiple deadlines, resources and be able to monitor the progress as a whole.
