Course Description

We all experience adversity and loss in life. Recovery from grief or loss can take many forms. Learn healthy coping mechanisms to help in the recovery process. Interactive exercises and tools will be used in this class.

The class is taught by a licensed clinical social worker who is also a mother who has survived the death of a child.  You can live life again, and live it well.
