Course Description
Class will be taught via ZOOM. Instructor will email you the meeting code before class.
Menopausal support with herbs, nutrients and lifestyle. Learn what you can do to help perimenopause and menopause be a smoother transition with Dr. Nicole Maxwell, NMD.
