If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. Sample kit provided. TIMBERLINE HIGH SCHOOL: 701 E Boise Ave, Boise, ID 83706 Enter through the Clocktower entrance, located near the parking lot at Linden and Boise Ave. If you park in the lot near tennis courts, you will not find Community Ed!

Course Description
Take an hour to slow down and treat yourself with the same kndness you offer others. In this class, you will learn simple, practical tools for cultivating self-compassion, easing self-criticism, and building resilience.
