Course Description
You only have one chance to make a first impression. Home buyers make judgments in a matter of seconds. I will cover what you can do to prepare your home to make buyers fall in love so you can sell your home faster, for more money. An avid do-it-yourselfer and home design and decor enthusiast, I'll share the impact of painting cabinets, countertops and backsplashes, changing out bathroom mirrors and light fixtures, and other easy, affordable options that will give a strong return on investment.
