Bring your questions! 2-for-1! One registers, two attend! You do not need to register guest attendee - just bring them to class with you! If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom.

Course Description
Led by a local real estate broker, students will learn how to get a great buy, where the bargains are in today's market, how to manage the property themselves and/or what to require your management company to do. Learn how to screen renters, legal issues, mistakes to avoid, streamlining the process and financing options for buying.
