Spencer Cheshire	Spencer Cheshire, AuD, MHA is a clinical audiologist at Idaho State University - Meridian. He has practiced audiology in the Treasure Valley for over 15 years. He specializes in practice management, hearing conservation, the evaluation of vestibular inner ear disorders to include vertigo, dizziness & imbalance. In addition, he evaluates and treats patients with a range of hearing loss challenges, and assists patients with the fitting and management of hearing aids. Dr. Cheshire received a Master's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Doctorate of Audiology from Utah State University.
Tali Rotman	I'm an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communitcation Sciences and Disorders at Idho State University (ISU) with over 20 years of clinical experience in audiololgy and hearing rehabilitation for older adults. My research bridges clinical practice with cognitive and auditory science to improve speech understanding and communication outcomes for individuals with hearing loss.
