Susan Bell is a horticulture professor with the University of Idaho. She is the director of the Master Gardener, 

Advanced Master Gardener and Master Composter Programs in Ada County.  Ms. Bell supervises a plant diagnostic clinic for the University of Idaho Extension and she is a regionally recognized expert in water efficient (xeric) landscaping.  She incorporates sustainable strategies into all her landscape and gardening classes and workshops.
