My name is Ray Northcutt. I’m an Army Engineer veteran and a graduate of the United States Military Academy. I started investing in real estate while I was still active duty in Savannah, GA. It was there where I discovered first-hand how powerful the VA loan can be. Since then, I’ve grown a multi-market real estate investment portfolio, become a licensed Realtor, and then transitioned to being a mortgage lender. I’m passionate about helping our nation’s brothers and sisters in arms learn about the VA loan, and how they can use it to reach their real estate goals. My goal for this class is to educate veterans and Realtors about the VA loan. What is it? Who is eligible? What are the differences between it and other loan types? What are the common myths and are they true? What can you purchase with a VA loan? What about National Guard/Reserves? Can you use the VA loan more than once? We’ll discuss all of this and more. This class will surely benefit all veterans and any Realtor who may have veteran clients.
