Lindsay Freeborn Lindsay Freeborn, PT, MPT

Lindsay enjoys the entire process of guiding patients through their treatment process and helping them return to their prior level of function. She loves seeing the clients return to sport, work, hobby, or independent living with the knowledge and education of how to continue on beyond therapy. Lindsay traveled from Oregon to the big city of Chicago to obtain her Masters' in Physical therapy at Northwestern University Medical School. She has more than 25 years of experience treating outpatient orthopedic clients of all ages and demographics. An athlete herself, she loves combining the knowledge of the human body, with the knowledge of what an athlete experiences through training and competition.

Specialties: with over 25 years of experience Lindsay has developed numerous manual techniques and tools to help facilitate recovery. She believes there is no 1 method and listens to the patient's needs and how they respond to treatment. She has extended training in run/ gait mechanics, treating runners, cyclists, and athletes, as well as post-operative total joint replacements, and rotator cuff repairs.

Hobbies: Lindsay spent many years competing at a high level in triathlon, and now still competes in cyclocross, mountain biking, and running events. She loves hiking, camping, stand-up paddle boarding and wants to learn to fly fish.
