Mercedes Mun~oz joined the greater Idaho Alzheimer’s Association chapter as Director of Programs in 2021. She has over 15 years of experience working in Public Health. She is currently pursuing a PsyD degree to better serve those impacted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Mercedes enjoys spending evenings with her family and two fur babies.

Chris Richards joined the Greater Idaho Alzheimer's Association chapter as a community educator in honor of her late father, Dave, who had dementia. She served as an advocate for her father and worked with her mom and her sister to provide care and support. She also has nearly 30 years of human resources and corporate training experience, and currently works as an independent consultant, trainer, and recruiter.

Chris and her husband live in Boise, and spend as much time as they can whitewater rafting, camping, and visiting with their two adult children.
