Amanda Stewart

Amanda Stewart is the coffee educator for Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. She has over ten years of
experience in specialty coffee, as well as a master’s degree in teaching from Boise State University. Previously
Amanda worked for high-end cafes in Boise, Santa Cruz, and Seattle before joining Dawson Taylor.

Her love for coffee combined with her love for introducing students to new experiences has made her a natural fit in her job as a coffee educator. She trains professional baristas as well as leading coffee classes and creating new coffee beverages. When she’s not sipping her favorite coffee(currently Dawson Taylor’s Costa Rica Providencia
brewed on a Hario V-60), she loves wandering the Greenbelt and checking out as many books as her Boise
Public Library card will allow.
