|Sebastian Saur, DPT||
Sebastian Saur is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Sebastian has experience working with patients and clients of all ages for both physical therapy needs as well as fitness training. His interests lie in optimizing human movement and diversifying a client's ability to move, and enhancing their enjoyment in fitness activities. Sebastian is a firm believer in the power of exercise and believes that individuals should continue to train their entire lives.
As individuals age and their goals change, their training should change congruently. The purpose of this course is to educate participants on basic strength training principles and introduce/coach fundamental movements that can be broadly applied to many fitness goals in a time efficient and effective manner.
