Instructor Information

Joseph Pratt Joseph Pratt has been teaching group exercise classes since 1985 and has been an instructor at the West Family YMCA since 1996.

Over the years Joe has taught low impact aerobics, high impact aerobics, step, weight lifting, group cycling, stretching/flexibility, and cross training classes all with the same goal - to make the classes safe, effective, and fun for the participants.

Katie Christensen Katie Christensen has been teaching group fitness classes for 16 years. She loves dancing and teaching it! She is 36 years old, and the mother of 4 children. She teaches Zumba, Zumba Gold, Cize, and weight training group power classes.
