|| Lois Morgan is excited to share the exercises that have been so vital to her health for more than 30 years. As a retired secondary teacher/counselor, she enjoyed playing basketball, tennis, and softball during her high school and college years. Then, in her 30s, she took up jogging and walking.
This active lady is now in her 80s and uses this morning stretching routine to tune up her muscles and joints and stimulate her organs and glands.
Along with eating healthy, Lois is still very active. You can catch her on the tennis courts, and still jogging and doing strength training. As she joins Community Education, she hopes to share this wake up routine with others so they can benefit as well.
