Kelly Merritt is a retired project manager, and has over 20 years of project management experience, and 8 years facilitating cultural change within organizations. She also has her certification in project management (PMP). She recently retired and is grateful for her husband, two kids and two new granddaughters.

She is also enjoying her own business, Soulfully Searching, which helps others to achieve career goals as well as getting to know themselves.
