SuChen Gee
In March of 2012, Ophidia Studio greeted SuChen with open, kind and non-judgmental arms. Having sustained major back and neck injuries, she believed that life would be forever filled with a daily pain management regiment. While she was nervous about conjuring up more pain in her first pole class she was mostly optimistic and hopeful that she would be able to do any of the moves during class. She quickly found that pole fitness did not have ANY impact to her lower back and she was able to gain the much needed core strength to begin her healing journey. She fell in love with pole instantly and it literally has given her and her family's life back. While grateful for the years of corporate marketing and retail management experience, pole and aerial fitness has become SuChen's career and personal passion. She's lost over 45 pounds, and gained core and upper body strength and flexibility. SuChen decided early on in her pole and aerial journey that she would like to share this joy with others and signed up for the instructor training program. She now has over 300 classroom teaching hours and is the new owner of Ophidia Studio.
