Lawrence Carson Lawrence Carson began teaching classes in electrical engineering while serving in the U.S. Navy prior to serving as a nuclear trained electrician on board nuclear submarines. Later, after graduating from Pacific Lutheran University, he received his CPA while serving 6 years in many capacities instructing his clients in financial and accounting systems.

Lawrence then went on to serve as the chairman for one and executive director for two public pension systems while assisting their board of trustees to turn around their portfolio performance. With having earned his CPA and NLP Certification, he then went into the private consulting industry where among other teaching experiences, he served as a guide for the board of trustees to the Federated States of Micronesia's social security system and with over 550 U.S. business clients assisting their BODs and CEOs to perform both qualitative (human metrics) and quantitative (financial metrics) diagnostic surveys on how to improve their organization's capacity to "profitably" serve and expand their clients' operations.

By recognizing that it is the "human metrics,"- the creative driving force of success - that produces the "financial metrics," Lawrence assists tomorrow's leaders to refocus their attention on the attributes of core causation that produces world class organizations.

It's the EQ (Emotional Quotient) that inspires passion to create and serve meaningful value in one's life, in one's family, and at work. It was with this focus - through extensive inquiry, experiential research, and deliberation - that he uncovered how the mind of humanity actually works to create its wide array of positive and negative perceptions including thoughts, emotions and resulting realities in one's life.
