Course Description
Discover how to use a foam roller to release tight muscles, improve flexibility, and relieve tension throughout the body. This hands-on class will guide you through effective techniques for self-massage, stretching, and recovery, helping you move with greater ease and comfort. Discover how to use a foam roller for muscle massage, stretching, and relieving pain in muscles and connective tissue. Wear workout attire and bring an exercise mat, if available, along with your foam roller.
