NOTE: Students will be joining an ongoing class; no refunds once class has already started. Course will be held at WEST FAMILY YMCA 5959 N. Discovery Place, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description
ACTIVE TOGETHER is an innovative 60-minute workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances movement health for daily life. Inspiring music and supportive coaching will ensure you succeed with simple, athletic exercises that use dumbbells, bodyweight, and The STEP®.
Students may be joining an ongoing class; no refunds if student chooses not to attend after the first class.
