Students will be joining an ongoing class; no refunds if student chooses not to attend after the first class. Course will be held at WEST FAMILY YMCA 5959 N. Discovery Way, Boise, ID Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session.

Course Description
This class utilizes traditional Pilates elements and equipment in a high-energy, upbeat way. Rock choreographed popular tunes for a core-focused, full body, consistent, and sweaty workout that leaves no muscle behind.
