Included in this class are vanilla bean sugar cookies, icing, and tools. Participants will get an overview of essential cookie baking and royal icing techniques. You will leave with three cookies (decorated by you!) in a bakery box. All you need to bring is an apron and your imagination!

Course Description
Sweet treats for your sweetheart—or yourself! This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn the basics of sugar cookie decorating with a Valentine’s Day twist. Participants will explore simple decorating techniques—like outlining, flooding, and adding detail with royal icing—while creating festive designs that celebrate love and friendship. Each participant will receive reliable recipes for both cookies and icing, along with step-by-step guidance and helpful tips for success at home. Everyone will leave with three large, beautifully decorated Valentine’s-themed cookies they decorated themselves. No prior experience needed!
