If you are attending class at a Boise Schools location, a Community Ed site coordinator will be at the entrance to direct you to your classroom. TIMBERLINE HIGH SCHOOL: 701 E Boise Ave, Boise, ID 83706 Enter through the Clocktower entrance, located near the parking lot at Linden and Boise Ave. If you park in the lot near tennis courts, you will not find Community Ed!

Course Description
Learn easy, affordable, and fun ways to prevent food waste at home. Staff from the City of Boise and University of Idaho Extension Office will share information about the environmental, social, and economic impacts of food waste and provide tools to help you reduce food waste in your own kitchen.
In the in-person class, students will receive a reusable freezer compost bag, tip sheet and food inventory notepad and magnetic clip.
If class will be taught via ZOOM, instructor will email you the meeting code before class.
