Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder affecting 45 million Americans. Symptoms include cramping, pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation. Many people continue to struggle with symptoms, even after seeing their doctors, and don’t know where to turn for relief. Natural therapies are often better suited to treat IBS than medications alone, because they work to heal the intestines. This course will cover the basics of healthy digestion, as well as simple at-home approaches to healing, and signs that you should seek specialized care.
