AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT® (ATM): FELDENKRAIS METHOD

ATM ® lessons are verbally- guided movement sequences that refresh the brain and nervous system. This stimulates new learning, which interrupts old patterns and allows healthier movement and better posture to emerge.
Do you have nagging pain issues or stiffness? Problems with balance? Would you like to improve your posture? Enhance your sports performance? Learn to move with greater ease and comfort by retraining your brain. Anyone can participate in these classes. You will discover old movement habits and replace them with better patterns. Students are guided through gentle movement sequences which enliven awareness of the whole body. Discover new possibilities for movement!
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and large towel or blanket for support.
