Come learn more about IPC TS (Internet protocol Captioned Telephone Service), a no cost federally funded resource through the Americans with Disabilities Act. Now more than ever, people are communicating by phone, and for some it is their only lifeline. This educational class will inform and provide a solution for those who struggle to hear others on the phone as well as the prevalence of hearing loss in America, the associated health risks, how captioned telephone service aids in better understanding on the phone, and the no cost eligibility requirements.
