Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. Course Description

Cardio Wave takes place in the shallow end of our 50-meter pool. There are two goals in the class: Get a great cardio workout and make some waves in the pool! This is a great introduction to water exercise and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
