In this class we'll explore the function of the shoulders and knees in our daily lives and how a regular yoga practice can help to alleviate some tightness. Always careful to move mindfully with resilience we should be able to navigate through an hour of practice. I'll give you some knowledge about yoga and about your body to take home and out into the world, in an effort to help you live to your full potential, your best life. Each class will focus on Flexibility, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Strength.
This class is appropriate for all levels, but especially helpful if you're new to yoga.
