CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Class will be taught via Google Meet. Instructor will email you the meeting code before class. Supplies needed - 1 cup liquid measuring cup 2 bowls 1 spatula or spoon 1 set of measuring spoons optional: 2 Tbsp of liquor of your choice (you can use flavoring extracts as well) 1 12oz bag of SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS You cannot substitute any other kind of chocolate in this recipe. 1 12 oz bag of Summer Coating (Wilton Candy melts or Winco Appeals in bulk) 1/2 Cup HEAVY (36 to 40 percent fat) whipping cream in the carton. (not a can of whipping cream) A dipping spoon or easter egg dipper or an old fork you can ruin. (If you don't have one she will show you other options)

Learn the basics of truffle ganache, dipping techniques, and exquisite coating options such as cocoa, nuts, etc. Hands-on fun, plus have truffles to share at home! Perfect for gift giving! 

Supplies needed -
1 cup liquid measuring cup
2 bowls
1 spatula or spoon
1 set of measuring spoons
optional:  2 Tbsp of liquor of your choice (you can use flavoring extracts as well)
