Learn how to make the National dish of Spain! Pick up the ingredients to prepare a chicken, chorizo and seafood paella for two and then cook along with us OR just watch and learn so you can make it another time. We will also talk in general about Basque culture and wine so if you want to taste along, add the wine tasting option below!

Class includes instruction, recipe and most of the ingredients to prepare a Chicken, Chorizo and Seafood Paella for 2. Student will need to supply 2-3 Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil, salt and an 8-10” paella or sauté pan.
