Class will be taught via ZOOM. Instructor will email you the meeting code before class. The additional ingredients list, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar will be picked up from Olivin the day before class. Additional supplies required.

Course Description

Take yourself away to Italy in these grey winter days. We will make 4 different personal pizzas or 1 large pizza of your choice with a drizzle of Balsamic Vinegar from Olivin. The crust can be gluten free with some alternative toppers in keeping with true Italian style. The ingredients list, Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar will be picked up from Olivin the day before class and once registration is completed. Additional supplies required.
