Course will be held at WEST FAMILY YMCA 5959 N. Discovery Way, Boise, ID 83713; 377.9622 NEW REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS! SEE INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE OR CALL OFFICE. Compliance with CDC guidelines and local health guidelines must be followed. Please check in at the front desk and let them know you are with Community Education. A program application and release of liability will need to be signed before the first class. Please bring your receipt and ID with you! You will need to bring ID and the program card provided every time they check into the Y for the entire session. NEW! Students will also need to be set up with the touch free check in system and get a key card to sign in. MUST BE CHECKED IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS, OR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO WAITING LIST

Course Description

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Designed for Active Older Adults. Participants do not need to belong to Silver Sneakers to participate.
