Learn a 30-minute exercise routine with a basketball! From the warmup and shots to practice you can get a great upper body workout. Get your cardio in by chasing down the shots you miss and make it as intense as you choose. This workout is good for balance, hand-eye coordination, and understanding more about the game of basketball. Bring non-marking shoes (non-dark soles) and a water bottle.
