This three part series will present three different categories of whole grains and how to incorporate them into your diet. Corn & oats, barley and wheat (varieties and forms), rice and quinoa will be defined and demonstrated through basic cooking preparations. Simple recipes using these grains will be demonstrated, tasted and discussed. Materials and recipes provided!
