Course Description

If you or any member of your family has gluten or dairy sensitivities or celiac disease this class will show you how to make simple flours that will save you a bundle over commercial products and allow you to make all your favorite recipes with little adjustments.  These baked goods are light in texture, taste good and remind you of what baked goods used to be!

 

As an added bonus you get to sample the following products:

Cookies, cake, sweet breads, chocolate pie, chicken pot pie, biscuits, cinnamon rolls, yeast breads and homemade chocolate morsels.
