These past few months of uncertainty, fear, juggling of responsibilities, and constant flux are taking a big toll on our health.  Are you feeling depleted all the time?  Trouble thinking clearly?  More emotionally volatile than you used to be? 

 

Join me to learn about the physiological effects of stress on our bodies, and how we can increase our resilience to stress, even if we can’t influence the source.  Learn a simple test you can use at home to measure your adrenal function, plus an activity to identify your “energy drains” and “energy builders”. 

 

Take away many nutritional and other strategies for recovery – what foods to eat more of, what foods to avoid, why the timing of meals matters, and important lifestyle shifts that will support your recovery.
