Unwind and finish up your week with an easy yoga practice designed to let go and set up your mind and body for a meaningful weekend. The goal of this practice is to feel free of stress in your mind, and free of tension in your body. Please, if possible, bring a towel and a belt to your practice. This class is thoughtfully designed and accessible to all fitness backgrounds and body types.
