Creating abstract or doodle art is a wonderful alternative meditation technique that can help you quiet and focus your mind when you may have struggled with other techniques. We’ll be using basic shapes, scribbles and marks to create intentionally meditational art. Because it is abstract in nature, prior drawing experience isn’t necessary. You’ll learn how to express emotions onto paper, enhance the image that creates and apply intentional colors, all while experiencing a calm, meditative state. Bring your creativity!

You’ll leave class with a piece of art you made, the experience of the meditational state art can help you achieve and the skills to continue the practice at home.
