Course Description

Herbs and spices not only excite your taste buds but are also composed of an impressive list of phytonutrients, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that are essential for overall wellness. For example, did you know dill may help decrease blood sugar levels and cloves contain >30% daily value of manganese!? Learn how to pick, store and use various herbs and spices as sodium free flavors for everyday meals.
